Lisa was very professional and friendly putting me at ease very quickly. She answered all my questions and more. If she thought a treatment was not going to work for me she told me and suggested a better way even if it was not offered by herself. I am definitely going to go back for further treatments. Nikita is lovely and very knowledgeable. The premises are lovely and clean and the decor is pleasant too. My skin is improving also so I feel that she has selected the right treatment for me as I had no idea I just knew what I wanted changing. Very happy
