Got my lip fillers done from this lovely lady. I’m really scared of needles, was feeling very anxious, however she made me so comfortable, calm, and relaxed.. throughout the whole procedure kept me happy, relaxed and focused, and well informed with the procedure and process, defo recommended and will defo be returning!

I had such an amazing experience getting my lip fillers done! From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel extremely comfortable. She took the time to explain every step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and at ease throughout the appointment. Her professionalism and attention to detail were exceptional, and her customer service was truly top-notch. She listened carefully to what I wanted and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The whole experience felt so personal and reassuring — I left feeling more confident and so happy with my new lips. I can’t recommend her enough!

After being excited but nervous all day about getting my lips done as it’s my first time I met with Ruksana she was very welcoming I said I was abit nervous she reassured me that I’ll be fine & I’m so glad I’ve got it done now it was a great experience.

We were made to feel so welcome and at ease! Myself and my friend decided to take the plunge and get our lips done together. Both new to it we were offered great advice and recommendation, talked through the process, given realistic expectations for immediate and long term results and made to feel incredibly comfortable. Both fell in love with the results immediately!
