I’ve had several tattoo removal appointments with Lucy, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. She is kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Lucy takes the time to explain everything clearly and always makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the process. I have felt self conscious of my brows for a long time, they just didn’t suit me anymore. Then someone recommended Lucy… I watched her on socials and loved what I saw so decided to message. I am so pleased I took that leap of faith. Lucy is kind, professional and understanding. She isn’t afraid of being honest and I am so grateful that I followed her guidence, having all the recommended sessions of laser. With my new brows I feel happy, and way more confident. I can’t recommend Lucy enough, and to anyone thinking of using her, do it! There is no one better.

I had my second Botox appointment with Lucy today and as usual she was excellent. So knowledgeable and thorough. The treatment room is lovely and so relaxing. I couldn't recommend Lucy more......definitely 5 *****

I’ve been visiting Lucy for the past 4 years (2 years apart each time) every time I’ve had my eyebrows done Lucy has always made me feel so comfortable and made the process super easy. I absolutely love my brows, and enjoy not having to draw them on every morning. Lucy is so professional at what she does, an incredibly person, as well as very talented. I always recommend her whenever I hear someone talk about thinking of getting a treatment that she has to offer.
