I mistakenly thought I'd booked an appointment yesterday and attended Elysian. They were so helpful and found me an apt today (the next day). I'm so grateful for their understanding and professionalism. I had my lash lift n tint with grace, it was very relaxing and had a great result. Jo is such a professional with meticulous attention to detail with her treatments. She clearly explained the whole process of semi permanent make up for my brows and took as long as was necessary to decide on the correct tint for my skin tone. I had my top up with Jo today and once again I was really impressed with her work. The care she takes to prepare her work area is first class… after this she takes time to review the treatment to assess the precise areas she needs to treat. Jo is certainly a perfectionist and you feel totally confident when she is using the tattoo needle for the brows. All my friends have commented how lovely my brows are… I would recommend this treatment to anybody! Thanks Jo
