Hadn't been for a while and thoroughly enjoyed being back. Triin is so welcoming and friendly and explains everything and makes sure you are in the correct positions. will definitely become a regular bodyroller. highly recommend.

I was bit apprehensive due to arthritis in my knee, but I've been having so much swelling in my leg felt need to try something! I don't regret the decision Triin was a fabulous host and offered support for me to get the best out of the body roll. I felt benefit from it the next day and so much so I booked up for more sessions, I would recommend it as part of healthy regime to wellness!
