Kay was fabulous with my daughter.. we came in for her lobes to be pierced.. Kay made my daughter feel calm and comfortable, the piercing was done quickly and very professionally. The staff were lovely even got complimentary drinks on arrival. Very clean, modern and friendly. I got my helix pierced, was quick with minimal pain. Would definitely go again for more piercing.
