Keri did two lobe piercings for me (my third and fourth piercings done by her!) and was so helpful and patient with everything from choosing jewelry to planning placement of the piercings. Keri has such a great, calm energy which is so nice if I ever have any piercing nerves, and I love how clear she is with how the piercing is done and what is needed for aftercare. I went in because I lost one of my piercings, I have no idea how. And I had an appointment to get it re-pierced because I thought it closed. I was super nervous, but Keri was quick to explain the procedure and how things were going to go to get my piercing re-stretched, and my anxiety went away immediately. She gave me the best recommendation and I never thought I'd ever get my ears pierced but now I want to do it! Overhaul I had the best experience I could've asked for and I am already recommending her to everyone I know! Thank you so much for the amazing service!

Keri was amazing! Her knowledge on ear piercings is unlike no other. She really takes her time explaining her process, her jewelry and everything in between.
