Since November, I had been dealing with constant discomfort in my left shoulder, and no treatment seemed to work. After a session with Justin, I finally felt real improvement. He is a skilled and attentive professional with a deep knowledge of massage techniques. During the treatment, he immediately identified the root cause of the problem and worked with precision, explaining each step. Today, my shoulder feels light and pain-free. I’m a firm believer in the saying “A tidy house, a tidy mind” and how this idea is true also for “A tidy mind, a tidy body”. Recently life has been frantic and my mind has ended up anything but “tidy”; but the 90 minutes spent with Justin not only allows me to silently gather my thoughts and finally feel some mental clarity, the care Justin puts into fixing the toll my body has taken from stress and worry allows me to walk away not only mentally reset, but physically transformed. Finally my mind and body feel back in some harmony, and are no longer disjointed and working against each other.
