Louise is excellent - her knowledge and attention to detail makes the difference. She is knowledgeable and up to date on the latest developments of the products she holds - as well as how to use them and what the effects will be. I would suggest her any day to any friend.

Louise provides great attention to detail and ensures her knowledge of Lamelle products remain relevant. She remembers her clients history and applies this in treatments. I have been doing facials with her every 6 weeks for over a year - and I am very happy.
