It was amazing… Mila the beautician (facial scientist in my opinion) really now’s her stuff … she’s tough but at the end of each facial, I feel my skin looks less wrinkled and more plumped.. I won’t have botex .. but my skin does look great.. THANK YOU

Fantastic experience at 5th Avenue. Mila is very knowledgable. She started the appointment by conducting a thorough interview about my skin problems, skincare and health condition which I appreciate a lot as not many cosmeticians do that. I recently visited Cheryl at her beauty salon and had a wonderful experience getting PRP Treatment and LVL lashes. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable about the various treatments on offer, making me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process. The facial left my skin looking refreshed and rejuvenated, and I loved that the PRP treatment uses my body's own natural healing processes to rejuvenate my skin. My microblading with Emily was a joy. Her practice is immaculate and yet still relaxing and spa-like. Emily was so professional taking me through the whole process and answering all my questions, whilst giving me time to consider my options. During the treatments I felt very taken care of and listened to, and Emily is so lovely to chat to. I would book appointments just to come back and have a good natter! Not to mention the fact that she's so skilled and clearly loves what she does.

Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

Sam was so nice and gentle, she has the loveliest "assistants", her two dogs Coco and Macy. As an Indian, I did have a lot of hair but that only made her excited to work on me. I was getting waxed after about 3 years and her touch was so soft that it didn't hurt much! There were a few spots that she missed but when I told her about them, she fixed them instantly. I'm definitely going back! :)

I absolutely loved my treatment with Carla. She is so knowledgeable and literally has magic hands!! I really love how the treatments feel so relaxing and pampering but also therapeutic. I loved the mini neck massage I received while the mask was on my face. My skin is glowing and feels so good. My only complaint is how fast it flew by! I will be back for sure.

I've had many waxes over the years, good and bad. Sam is excellent at her job. She always sees me on time, does an excellent wax with minimal discomfort and is warm and friendly. I won't go anywhere else
