Fantastic experience at 5th Avenue. Mila is very knowledgable. She started the appointment by conducting a thorough interview about my skin problems, skincare and health condition which I appreciate a lot as not many cosmeticians do that. I recently visited Cheryl at her beauty salon and had a wonderful experience getting PRP Treatment and LVL lashes. Cheryl was extremely knowledgeable about the various treatments on offer, making me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process. My microblading with Emily was a joy. Her practice is immaculate and yet still relaxing and spa-like. Emily was so professional taking me through the whole process and answering all my questions, whilst giving me time to consider my options. During the treatments I felt very taken care of and listened to, and Emily is so lovely to chat to. I would book appointments just to come back and have a good natter! Not to mention the fact that she's so skilled and clearly loves what she does.

Emily is absolutely fabulous. I have had three micro-needling sessions and each one has been better than the last! She is so knowledgable giving great recommendations to my current skincare regime, makes me very confident in the procedure (which some could find quite daunting!) and I have seen amazing results. On top of all that, she is such a joy to chat to and has fabulous customer service. The whole experience is such a pleasure - especially from someone who is quite picky about their skincare. Azra and her team are fantastic. Hawkins clinic is one of the very best clinics in London and Surrey. Azra's ability to assess each individual's requirement whether it be for facial treatments, body treatments, personalised skin care products and/or manicures/pedicures or eyelash/eyebrow shaping is unparalleled and she has trained her staff in the same way. Customer service is caring and supportive. Dr Guiseppe travels from Italy once a month to do all the fabulous aesthetic work at the clinic. You do have to book well ahead as his knowledge and proficiency is well renowned.

Sam was so nice and gentle, she has the loveliest "assistants", her two dogs Coco and Macy. As an Indian, I did have a lot of hair but that only made her excited to work on me. I was getting waxed after about 3 years and her touch was so soft that it didn't hurt much! There were a few spots that she missed but when I told her about them, she fixed them instantly. I'm definitely going back! :)
