Could not speak any more highly about this experience: diligent around setting realistic expectations, going over any possible questions + making sure informed consent was given. Sarah not only had amazing bedside manner and was really competent as a professional, but she also came with the added bonus of active listening skills + interesting conversation which made time fly by I left feeling like I had been out for a happy chat with an old friend. 10/10 will be raving about the experience

I had my face dermaplanned today by Hannah and it was such a lovely experience! The clinic itself is a beautiful little space, calm and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, Hannah made me feel comfortable – she’s so friendly and chatty, which instantly put me at ease. She did an amazing job with my treatment and I’m so happy with the results. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great service and a lovely atmosphere!

I had an incredible dermaplaning facial with Hannah at the MOR Clinic and couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I arrived, Hannah was warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. The treatment itself was relaxing and thorough—my skin has never felt so smooth and refreshed. She explained every step of the process and gave great aftercare advice. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in her work. Pressotherapy - nice relaxing experience

Clare waved her magic wand again. Always friendly,efficient and knowledgeable. The clinic is always updating its treatments. Its lovely to have this superb facility in Cornwall.

My hydra facial was lovely, I got a bit claustrophobic when the LED was done though 🥴

Clare is absolutely brilliant! I have had several treatments with her, and each time she has created a completely relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Clare is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions, providing me with the information I need to make informed decisions. She has never pushed me towards any particular option, always ensuring I’m fully aware of all my choices. Both Clare and Sarah are great at what they do and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone exploring their options.
