don’t had my 1st session for laser hair removal and Sophia was super friendly and so supportive throughout the whole treatment. Had a chemical peel & LED light therapy with Lauren. Wow, my skin is glowing! Best in the business when it comes to skin, she knows exactly what the right treatment is based on your current skin concern. Wouldn’t let anyone else treat my skin and I can’t recommend her enough. She made sure I was comfortable and spoke me through the entire process. Can’t wait for the full course of treatments to be done and to continue my skin journey with her.

Lauren is amazing and very knowledgable in all areas of the skin. I would 100% recommend her, I’ve seen a big difference in my skin within two weeks of using the products she recommended. The treatment was very relaxing and I have a glow I’ve never seen before.

Just had a lovely experience at The Facialist, located in Basingstoke, Hampshire. I had a deep cleanse, exfoliation, LED mask treatment with after care of vitamins and a hydrating hyaluronic acid treatment. Just felt lovely and relaxing - Lauren also provided helpful skin care advice.

Friendly, knowledgeable and put my mind at ease ♥️
