Jade is amazing! I see jade for my lashes and waxing and facials. She is incredibly knowledgeable , very professional and cares about her clients and the service she is providing and all aervices are delivered to a high standard. Victoria always gives 100% of quality. She is an amazing professional and a person. She kindly explains what she does during the procedure (what product/technique is being used and why), so you are leaving the salon after the treatment not only relaxed, but also with some new knowledge. Hand sanitizer on entry, filled out a Track and Trace form and Nadia wore a face mask and sat behind a screen the whole time. Salon achieved my expectations surrounding COVID-19 regulations. Nadia has done Builder Gel on my nails, which I have had before and looks so lovely and natural and doesn’t damage my natural nails at all. My nails are really good quality underneath the gel.

Just had a lip blush treatment at SB Studio with Szilvia, and I’m in love with the results! 💋 The studio is clean and welcoming, and Szilvia made the whole process so easy and despite being uncomfortable I’d definitely do it again! Really pleased with the progress on my skin results over the past couple of months. Ellie recommended the right products for me as I was using products which was irritating my skin. The regular facials, LED light therapy and products have improved my sensitivity and dryness.

Loved the first of my 6 treatment course today. Elle was as knowledgeable as always and explains every step clearly. Plus it’s super cosy and warm and feels like you are being totally pampered!

Toni was fantastic! She was gentle, and my daughter absolutely loved her hairstyle. She was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. The hot chocolate was a lovely treat as well. There was a small issue with the pricing, but it was handled professionally and resolved to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.
