I recently had an acne-focused facial, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain the process and the products she would be using. Her expertise and attention to detail immediately put me at ease, and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire session. The facial was both super relaxing and effective, and my skin really improved within a few days.

Had a fantastic appointment with Joshua! Wasn't looking for anything complicated, but had a lovely session which began with aromatherapy and scalp massage. Got a a great haircut that I'm really happy with, and enjoyed chatting with Josh and the other stylists and clients during my appointment. I find the online booking option super easy and helpful. Will be back!

I’ve been coming to this salon for a while now and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. Regi is amazing—she always knows exactly what my hair needs and makes me feel so taken care of. The atmosphere is great, and I love that there’s a sweet shop dog named Prince who adds an extra touch of charm. If you’re looking for a skilled stylist and a welcoming vibe, this is the place to be!

Today was my third time with Ricci at TRiM and it was (as always) fantastic. Ricci is friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. I was thrilled with my colour and cut and I really felt like she understood what I wanted and ran with it. Can't imagine going with anyone else now!
