Beautiful and aesthetically pleasing clinic, Kylie was really pleasant and easy to talk to, she made me feel very welcomed and comfortable and explained everything in detail- I’m so happy with my piercings and they’ve healed perfectly! Felt absolutely welcomed by mercedes, was my first visit to K & L, the shop is beautiful. Loved that mercedes asked me to show her some inspo looks and asked me loads of questions to ensure she got my lashes right. Love how they look but I'd definitely go more fuller next time. Thank you

Prep appointment ready for a wedding I’m maid of honour for next week. Had my nails done by Lisa, and then an eyebrow lami and lash lift with Mercedes, and they both absolutely smashed it.
