Wat is laser resurfacing en hoe werkt het?

Laser resurfacing is een cosmetische procedure die geconcentreerde lichtstralen gebruikt om rimpels, littekens en vlekken in het gezicht te verminderen. Het werkt door de buitenste laag van de huid (de epidermis) te verwijderen en de onderliggende huid (de dermis) te verwarmen, waardoor de groei van natuurlijke eiwitten, collageenvezels genaamd, toeneemt.
