Very professional, honest and qualified staff, they took their time with my laser consultation, even if i was not an ideal candidate, and they even showed me all the rooms for the other treatments, i will definitely come back here for a facial, pedicure and massage. So they may not have gained a customer for laser, but definitely one for other treatments

Wow Amazing experience! 😍 I wanted a second opinion for laser hair removal and Sophia and Charlotte listened to my needs. I am grateful that they provided me guidance and patiently answered my questions with details (I am a picky person lol). I walked out of the session and I can honestly say that I earned their trust. Toujours une belle séance en bonne compagnie malgré la sensibilité que peut apporter le laser. Marike est au petit soin et attentionnée. Très satisfaite.

J’aime beaucoup cette place avec Rollande pour un bon facial et le laser avec la nouvelle machine qui donne aucun douleur (pour les poils) ou avec José Lemieux pour les sourcils permanent merci pour votre accueil et service. Je recommande et je suis satisfaite des services rendu merci

I usually never write reviews but I would like to take a moment to outline the outstanding service that I received today from Marike. It was my first appointment for laser hair removal, so I was a bit nervous going in today. From the get-go Marike was reassuring, professional, and welcoming. She immediately put me at ease and checked in during the entire appointment to make sure that I was comfortable. I could not have asked for a better first time experience.
