This was my first experience with any kind of laser treatment. Allanna was amazing! She was very honest with me about the procedure and the results, but also encouraging and comforting. She was so easy going, telling me to ask her to stop whenever I needed a break. Her overall personality made me feel really comfortable, which calmed my nerves. I would recommend specifically Allanna to anybody!

Today I had the owner, Paula, as my Laser Hair Removal treatment provider. Paula was very engaging in conversation and took great care to ensure that the process was comfortable and that I was relaxed and confident in her performing the treatment in place of Arlex. I was indeed comfortable. Paula did a great job, professional and friendly at the same time. I recommend this location of Elva Aesthetics as a place where you'll get professional individuals who look after you and are pleasantly engaging.

I know that I'm repeating myself, but it is the truth. Arlex is great as a representative of Eva Aesthetics (Stoney Creek), and the new owner Paula is also. Arlex makes certain at all times that you are comfortable--both the the procedure (she articulates what is/will be happening clearly and ensures that you are okay to proceed) and with the procedure itself. It may seem odd to say, but the laser hair removal is a relaxing point of the day/week. I experience no discomfort during or after the session. I'm looking forward to the final results when the sessions are completed in September 2024.

Arlex is great! She knows her stuff, she's pleasant to interact with an is always making sure you are 100% comfortable with the procedure (laser hair removal). Arlex explains the procedure, answers any questions you may have knowledgeably, making certain that you are comfortable with the process. I highly recommend Alrex as your "go to" person for any/all laser hair removal treatments.
