Mel is very professional and has all new state of the art equipment. I had laser hair removal on both my lower legs and Brazilian. I’ve had laser on both areas at other clinics previously and this was an entirely different experience. My legs were completely pain free, the sensation was mildly warm and best. Some sensitivity in areas of the Brazilian where the hair is darker but for the most of it, very little pain and discomfort. No zapping and burnt hair smell with this machine! Highly recommend, I will be coming back for follow up treatments.

Super professional and friendly. Treatments are clearly explained before hand, during the procedure and after treatment care. I had their new laser treatment for pigmentation issues on my face and its amazing. I have darker skin and I have always been scared of using the standard burning laser treatments, but this new machine is state of the art fantastic.
