From start to finish, she was an absolute professional — knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all my questions, and was very honest about what to expect with results and aftercare. The procedure itself was very quick. Katie’s positive attitude and expertise made me feel easy. I highly recommend this place and especially Katie if you’re considering tattoo removal!

This is definitely the best eye lash studio in the Portland Metro Area. I’ve been to many other lash longes to only experience my lashes falling out beginning the day after I get them done. My lashes stay looking beautiful for 3 weeks.. when I get them filled at that time it usually only takes an hour because it’s a ‘true’ fill. The environment is beautiful and the staff is very professional. I love my lashes and am thank I found such an amazing lash lounge as this!

Excellence from the moment you walk into the beautifully decorated salon! The salon is very clean and they request you even wash your hands before your service. The technician I go to is Cindy! She is exceptionally talented at putting on my lashes. I wouldn’t go anywhere else . The quality of my lashes is head and shoulders above other salons I’ve been to. They last usually for 3 weeks still looking gorgeous but they ask you fill every 3 weeks as to not interrupt the flow of your lashes looking beautiful month after month. I highly recommend this salon! They do nails just as good too.

First, open on Sundays is so convenient Second. Very professional. My skin has never looked better and I am 67! I had the dark spots on my face lasered, and they are completely gone. Amazing.

Such a pleasure to chat with Katie today! I definitely will be back. She helped calm my nerves around tattoo removal. Very personable and pleasant. Very knowledgeable, I really appreciated her taking some time to talk about the pros and cons regarding tattoo removal.

She’s amazing we hit it off and she’s so generous and gentle she did some add ons and we chatted she is extremely knowledgeable and so fun to be around the place was very clean and sanitary I will be back over and over

The service is great! I go there to get manicures, pedicures and facials. Today I got a new set of ómbre nails which are beautiful. Tracy is the best. I live in NE Portland and it’s the only place I go for my nails—-toes and fingers!

The whole overall experience was good. I felt like the person I had was very rushed , she started 10 min later than my daughter and finished about 5 minutes earlier than her. When she massaged it was all at a very fast pace not a gentle massage. When I left my hair underneath was very tangled and still wet . Other than that I loved all of the different creams they used , the massage oil smelled wonderful. The owner was really wonderful and helpful. Will come back and try another person.

Such great customer service. My nails look fantastic, and my toes too! The massage chairs are the best in town. I could sit there all day!

Sis the head spa treatment for 1.5 hours for the 1 st time and absolutely loved it. Highly recommend the Korean collagen mask at the end (extra cost) so worth it!! From the wonderful facial massage and arms and neck and most important my scalp treatment, it was far beyond my expectations!! Will be returning
