I’ve been doing intim wax for over a decade now - so when moving to Lisbon it was a major challenge to find a good salon with the high quality service I’m used to. After 2years, I have finally found WAXLAB, and I’ve been going there in the last few months. The wax is well-selected, the place is sterile, the beautician is professional. I would not change back to any other place in Lisbon. Highly recommended.

No entanto, achei frustrante e injusto não ter sido possível aplicar a promoção de janeiro que recebi por email no momento do pagamento em caixa, sendo que a mesma indicava ser válida até dia 31 de janeiro. A justificação apresentada — de que a promoção só poderia ser aplicada online — pareceu-me pouco razoável e incoerente, sobretudo tendo em conta que apenas precisei de reagendar o serviço online (com a devida antecedência) e que esta é já a terceira vez que recorro a este espaço para realizar exatamente o mesmo serviço.

Foi bastante dedicada para resolver o problema deixado pela colega anterior. Só é pena terem deixado o cabelo neste estado, era perfeitamente evitável se tivesse havido um bom diagnóstico. My experience with Nicole was amazing! I nearly fell asleep during my session. It was by far the least painful waxing experience I’ve had. Nicole was kind, through, and worked pretty fast. I highly recommend this place for waxing.
