Kasia always does a fantastic job. She explains things thoroughly and talks through the aftercare with you. I’ve been having laser treatment on my legs and they are now practically hair free after 5 sessions. I’d highly recommend Primelase Skin Care and Hair Removal.

Maryna took the time to answer all of my questions and carefully explained the treatment process before carrying out my laser patch test. She was thorough, professional, and talked me through each step, making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The clinic is modern, welcoming, and very professional, and I felt genuinely valued as a client. I'm lucky to have been seeing Kasia for many years for my laser treatments. Due to having PCOS unfortunately facial hair will always been an issue for me. Kasia is so incredibly knowledgeable with all aspects of her work, she has treated most of my bodily hair with brilliant results. Always kind, professional and understanding to my situation.

I’m always a bit anxious when it comes to showing my belly and intimate areas, I have always dreaded getting wax, because I have always been very nervous about showing my body hair.. but I didn’t need to worry at all. Kasia made me feel very comfortable, even when it came to having to shave away some of the hair left, I didn’t feel judged or any other negative thing I make up in my head. As for the treatment itself, I had never had laser hair removal before but I didn’t find it unbearable or anything. Just a bit prickly here and there, but so worth it the result I will see!

It was my first visit to this clinic, and I had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were very friendly, professional, and attentive. Gina is absolutely lovely and incredibly professional. I’ve never felt so comfortable being naked or touched, but somehow she makes you feel completely relaxed and easy to trust during laser hair removal. I highly recommend the Lumi Eyes treatment and the Glow Facial — both left my skin feeling amazing!

Gina treated me as a bespoke patient, based on what I said I wasnt happy with. She used lost of techniques from a peel to lazer treatments to plasma .... looking forward to the results. My skin looked amazing come out of the session.
