The hair scalp experience was fantastic and so relaxing. My scalp and hair feel extremely clean and free of buildup. I booked for my daughter and I to have the treatment together and both of us can’t wait to come back! We have been looking for a Japanese hair spa in London and are so happy to have found one.

Laser sessions with Tara is a game-changer - the best experience I've had with laser hair removal by far. She provides a service that is much more tailored to the specific client's needs than the laser chains. I would recommend investing your time and money with this clinic before paying for mediocre sessions at the bigger chains.

I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. She was very skilled and followed all my weird directions of growth without me mentioning anything! Excellent service very quick, very efficient. Lovely lady. Thank you ♥️♥️

It is so lovely to find a place where every one is so professional, highly skilled and customer service is impeccable! I came today got hair extensions with Dionne she is the best in London her technique, her hair and just her! Monica did my blow dry after beautifully ! And Mawra did my nails I feel pampered listened to it was like a fun day out! Highly recommend as it saves time being able to do every thing together and the salon is stunning!

I’ve been having an ongoing laser treatment and I’m really happy with the experience so far. The staff are professional, friendly, and always make me feel comfortable during each session. They explain everything clearly and check in regularly to make sure I’m okay. I’ve already started to see noticeable results, which has boosted my confidence a lot. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and uses modern equipment, which makes me feel safe and well cared for. Overall, it’s been a positive journey and I’m looking forward to completing the treatment. Great experience at Apple and Eve as always. I’ve been coming for a few years to do electrolysis with Jacquie (one of the few places left in London which still do it!), and she always does an excellent job. It’s not a pain free procedure but I’m always made to feel as comfortable as possible, taking breaks when necessary etc. The treatment always works well and I never had any problems after.

Don't look anywhere else for electrolysis hair removal in London! Ewa is the best of the best - as well as being super knowledgeable in her field she is also really friendly, kind and patient. I trust her approach completely and after just a few (relatively pain-free!) sessions I am already seeing great results. Thank you :)

My experience today was fantastic! All members of staff were very professional, welcoming, communication was excellent also coordination of treatment was not pushy,. The prices are a little high but then I Ican help myself with the friend referral ,perhaps, being disabled, and a pensioner. 11 out of 10 for Mousa. I have been to a couple of laser clinics but Smooth Skin Clinic has been fantastic. Such friendly service. Hela and Brihan are great. And the difference just five sessions have made !

Mina is an outstanding anaesthetic nurse and, in my opinion, one of the most skilled laser technicians I know. If you have any skin concerns, she is highly knowledgeable and able to provide expert advice—arguably more effective than some practitioners claiming to be specialists. I recommend booking your session in advance to ensure availability, rather than waiting until last minute. You will be impressed by her professionalism and expertise.

Excellent service. Very easy to talk to. Facial hair removal was great. Akku always checked in with with me, to ensure the pain tolerance was ok. Overall excellent service and I would highly recommend anyone wishing to have laser hair removal, to come along to diamond Skin. Can't wait for my 7th session .

Great find for a newcomer to London. Convenient location offering wide variety of services with experienced and friendly staff. Have had some wonderful facials and brow/ lash treatments here with Sophia and Ibtissam. The clinic is very tidy and hygienic and these give me added trust in the place.

This was my first time at the salon and having a head spa treatment. It was lush! I booked pretty last minute and they were able to fit me in and the therapist was so lovely and explained the whole process. The price for treatment is on par with other salons in London so that was good. It was so relaxing and needed, naturally I fell asleep. Will definitely return. Thank you
