Good experience, very efficient. The only thing that was missing for me was a drink. Everyone was offered a drink except me. Other than that, good service and an affordable haircut.

Had a great experience from the moment I entered the door. The staff were all lovely and I'm so happy with my haircut. My hairdresser Sim listened to what I wanted and clearly explained what would and wouldn't work, then delivered the most amazing haircut.

Today I had my second laser section with Joana, and I can see the improvement straight away. She is really friendly and professional. She is very knowledgeable about her profession and will explain every detail of the process before the procedure. After every section she will clearly say if you need more or not section and this is much appreciate. I will recommend her to everyone needs laser hair removal. Thank you Joana
