I had 3 PRP Cellenis treatments ( a month between each visit) with laser alongside the 3 sessions. Of course it will take time to see results so I am remaining positive. I felt very welcome and put at ease at my consultation. There is no doubt Sophie is very knowledgeable, professional and passionate with the subject of hairloss. I’m very confident that I’m in safe hands. I’ll be returning for my review to see where we go from there.

Sophie was supportive and approachable, and the session was generally well-structured. She communicated the key points clearly and created a comfortable environment for discussion. However, there were moments where explanations could have been more detailed, and the pace felt slightly rushed, which made it harder to fully engage with some parts of the session. Overall, it was a positive experience, with some room for improvement in clarity and depth.

This was my second PRP session and it couldn't have gone any more smoothly. 360 hair clinic really are professionals in their field and I can't fault them. It seems I am already seeing positive results from my first session only a few weeks ago and have booked in for another.

Really enjoyed this session. Sophie was really helpful in explaining all the treatments available. Really in depth explanation but in a way I could understand. And the treatments for the price makes it worth it. Highly recommend for anyone who is interested in getting any type of hair treatment.
