I’ve been visiting Kyomi now since 2020 (the part where we were allowed). From skin peels to laser hair removal, she’s my woman! I am so glad that I found her, she is a very talented and knowledgeable professional. She will always talk through her recommendation to enable you to make an informed decision. I’ve always felt comfortable and see results with the treatments I have. This was the first time I had the million dollar facial and I saw the freshness to my skin instantly! Su is fantastic hairdresser and genuinely nice caring person. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, care, advice and experience overall. I only go to ooh hair and beauty to get my hair done and i wouldn't change that. Su cuts and dyes my hair and has been helping me care for my post pregnancy hair changes for the last 5 years (2 kids within this time!) I always got loads of compliments on my hair and it's been worth every penny!

Excellent service yesterday, I called in a bit of a panic requiring a last minute appointment for laser hair removal after being let down by someone else and was in the clinic within two hours.
