I had an excellent hair removal experience and am very happy with the results. After 8 sessions, the treatment was extremely successful, with a significant reduction in hair growth and much smoother skin. The process was always professional, and I felt comfortable throughout every appointment. I highly recommend Jess. Booked my first proper session with Rossella today and I couldn’t be happier, I was really nervous at first since I’d never done anything like this before, but Rossella was so professional and reassuring. She talked me through the whole process, answered all my questions and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I walked out feeling really happy and excited for my future sessions. If you’re thinking about laser but feel nervous, honestly, just go for it! There’s nothing to be afraid of, you’ll be in expert hands, the space feels so welcoming and you’ll feel amazing afterwards

I cannot recommend Jess enough, she is very friendly and put me at ease straight away. Jess explained the process in detail and told me what I needed to know with regard to aftercare. Jess was very professional & discreet when having laser in personal areas. The added bonus was she was able to come to my home rather than making an appointment to go to clinic .

Honestly could not recommend HA laser enough! Everyone is really welcoming and helpful. I’ve done 6 laser hair sessions so far and the results are amazing. Lara is absolutely lovely and completely puts you at ease and makes the whole process so comfortable. Lara has explained the process and what sort of results to expect and also maintenance moving forward. The appointments are always surprisingly quick too, but this will depend on what area you're getting done.

I can’t recommend Jess enough for laser hair removal! She is absolutely amazing at what she does — professional, friendly, and always makes you feel comfortable throughout every appointment. Her knowledge and attention to detail are second to none. The results have been incredible. My hair has mostly all gone, and the hair on my legs has completely gone. I’m so happy with the outcome. I’m no longer needing regular treatments and the results have been better than I ever expected. Jess provides such a fantastic service and genuinely cares about getting the best results for her clients.

10/10 place to do your hair laser removal! I already finished my sessions and results are amazing! I was struggling with skin rush after shaving for years, now this problem has gone. Superb service. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Jessica was passionate, informative and professional throughout our first session and was available for aftercare support when required. A service with a personal touch is hard to come by these days but Jessica has mastered it.

don’t had my 1st session for laser hair removal and Sophia was super friendly and so supportive throughout the whole treatment. Had my 2nd laser hair removal appointment recently with Hayley and I am so so pleased. I have dark, quite thick hair and I wasn’t sure if it would make much of a difference to start. But I could see a huge difference after just the first session! Absolutely amazing and life changing for me. Having to not shave daily/every other day is a relief! Not to mention how absolutely lovely Hayley is. Such a lovely lady and I feel so comfortable each time I go. Which certainly helps when having something like this on various areas! So pleased I chose to come here! Thank you Hayley ☺️

I was a total stranger to laser before 2022 but it was clear from the beginning that Hayley knows her stuff; she runs a consultation before treatments begin to test the effect on your skin, allowing you to ask anything you're unsure of & explaining the process in full. You will be well looked after at Hayley Aesthetics & the results of the laser itself are out of this world. I've only had to shave once between each treatment (& that's because it's what is advised pre laser session!) as hair no longer grows, which is a dream - could not recommend enough :)

Just had a illumismooth facial of the lovely Lara. I was a bit nervous about the procedure, but Lara re-assured me and checked in on me through the whole process.
