I was a bit nervous for my first laser hair removal appointment (full legs) but from the moment I walked into the Cooper Clinic I was welcome and well taken care of. Sarah Brown walked me through the process before beginning my treatment allowing me to feel more comfortable and relaxed about the process. During she continually checked in to make sure I was comfortable. Such a wonderful experience! Cannot recommend enough!

I just received the brow mapping service after months of not giving my brows any love… let me tell you it is WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I’m a blonde with sparse eyebrow hair in some spots and I combined my brow mapping with a henna dye and BOOM-all of a sudden I have brows again! Not only did I receive the results I wanted from the service, but I felt so incredibly relaxed the entire time. I feel so confident with my new brows and I can’t recommend this service, or the Refinery in general, enough!

Fantastic as usual

I came in for a 30 minute relaxation massage with Yasmine today This woman is fantastic with her hands. Im a hairdresser and have had the worst shoulder and neck pains for far too long. I never even mentioned them and Yasmine noticed my tense knotted shoulders within minutes, she went right to work with amazing pressure and techniques making sure im comfortable the entire time. Nice warm exfoliating back scrub followed by hot towels than she worked her magic on my back, neck and shoulders. Im smiling writing this because tonight I am going to sleep with no shoulder pain!
