Roop is honestly the BEST! I've been to a lot of different places for Brazilian waxing. I've had horrible experiences and I've had very good experiences but Roop is hands down the fastest and most efficient I have ever seen. Waxing always hurts but she somehow makes it tolerable. Not a single negative thing to report.

I had an amazing microneedling session with Roop! She truly takes pride in her work and it shows in every detail. Her passion for what she does creates such a positive and professional experience. Highly recommend her!

I went to Roop for both the initial micro shading (groupon) and touch up session. Roop was patient and attentive in mapping out the brows, and also checked with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with the shape and colour. I was charged extra to get micro blading in the front of my brows but it wasn’t communicated to me that I would have to pay extra during our initial session. By the time of my touch up, the micro blading had already faded but Roop was able to redo them without me paying extra. Overall, I am very pleased and happy with the results.
