Kelbya has 25 years of experience in cut and colour, and it absolutely shows. My hair was feeling dull and in need of a refresh, and Kelbya gave me the best hair colour I’ve ever had. She has such a caring personality, making sure every client is looked after with teas, coffees, treats, and cakes. Total TLC throughout the entire visit.

Império Beauty Salon (Kelbya) is an amazing professional with a great eye for detail. I had a nanoplasty treatment done because my hair tends to be quite unruly. Now, seven months later, I’ve had the treatment again—this time with highlights to refresh the colour. I can’t thank her enough for her magical hands. It’s always a lovely experience! 🥰

It was way better than I expected. I had RF Microneedling today, and most of it didn't hurt at all. A few parts were a little bit stingy. I have no bleeding or pin pricks, and no swelling (but that may come). Nadia is extremely knowledgeable and professional in everything she does, from providing care advice and answering questions to operating the machines. I will give an update after my third treatment.

Hi, Just a bit of feedback, I wasn't happy with a Trainee doing my hair. She burnt my scalp a couple of times and left my hair frizzy. I didn't mind her taking photos but I didn't really feel comfortable with her doing my hair too. Also we're at the sushi train now because we are both so hungry. I had a look and it said we were getting light refreshments and tea? Why did we not get offered this or been given a break so we could have something to eat? Amazing experience! Nova was amazing and caring, and so skilled! The best hair spa experience to date and the signature facial left my skin visibly different from beforehand. I was glowing and calm both inside and out.

Always the best, she's so personal and takes the time to get to know you. I will always go back.
