Melanie is wonderful. I get lymphatic massages and she is so kind and conscientious of whether or not I’m comfortable with the massage making sure I’m always comfortable. I’m so glad I found this business because they are truly a God send!

I love HBL. For the past 3 years, I drive an hour every 4 months for my favorite spa package. My only feedback is that I wish they would do better with communicating when equipment that will affect my service is down. For example, there was a period a while back when the sauna was out of service, but I wasn't informed until I was taken to the back. Today the face steamer was out of service but I wasn't informed until after my service when I asked why it wasn't used. As these are a part of my package, I always look forward to them, or would least like to be made aware before arriving.

Wonderful service! Very clean and professional. Had Velashape and Lipo Laser with Karla and it was great.

My Experience has been amazing. I started with the body scrub monthly.. then decided to try laser hair removal. The staff is so kind and professional. This is a hidden gym.

She was fantastic. She made this experience as comfortable and as pain free as possible. Very thorough, professional, and exceptional at what she does. Very happy I found this business. I will continue to go there in the future for laser hair removal services.

I felt so much better after the massage. Karla is wonderful.

Best deep tissue massage!

I got a 60min massage with Karla at 7pm, she was wonderful! Very thorough on my pain points, and very kind. I requested a very firm deep tissue massage, and she delivered!
