Alex was wonderful. He was very patient and clear. He gave me good advice, without trying to sell my on services or products. I instantly felt at ease, comfortable and trustworthy. I was also able to see the benefits to my skin after just one facial treatment. The receptionist was also very welcoming and polite. It was my first time of leg, bikini and arm waxing, Sam was very gentle, reassuring and professional. A very friendly person who puts you at ease, I would definitely recommend her to anyone

Sam was so nice and gentle, she has the loveliest "assistants", her two dogs Coco and Macy. As an Indian, I did have a lot of hair but that only made her excited to work on me. I was getting waxed after about 3 years and her touch was so soft that it didn't hurt much! There were a few spots that she missed but when I told her about them, she fixed them instantly. I'm definitely going back! :)
