Never had my nails done before but Jess explained everything when doing my BIAB. Lots of colours to choose from and Jess makes the process seem effortless. She is a lovely chatty person who puts you at ease. Definitely recommend.

I’ve had Ellie do my nails, she is absolutely fantastic I came in with very bad nails as I was a biter. I’ve been a few times now and they have grown and my nails are lots better from before I came here. So would absolutely recommend Ellie x

What a wonderful salon experience - from Elise’s lovely welcome, skill and professionalism to her impeccable attention to detail. Elise really listens to what the client wants and warmly shares her knowledgeable advice. Honestly the best manicure I’ve ever had: the care taken with cuticles and nail shaping; Elise’s help choosing the best colour match for my skin tone. She was meticulous with my eyebrow wax too - taking care to work with skin sensitivity and deliver the perfect brows without any of my usual ‘flame’ side effects. Thank you so much Elise. You’re truly a gem in Eccleshall.

Had my nails done by Connie whilst my foils were taking so felt totally pampered. Connie had lots of gorgeous nail colours so I could take my time deciding whilst my foils were being done. She is so lovely and easy to chat to as well. Thanks x

Excellent visit as always. Kath really understands the treatments I need and like and is very professional and caring. As soon as I walk in im relaxed. Its a lovely beauty room. So many great treatments to choose from and really good value. My reflexology and nail treatment are very important to me and Kath's expertise helps me, I leave feeling very happy and comfortable client.

Visited Poppy today for foot management and enjoyed a lovely session. Foot care excellent, toe nails cut, shaped, feet soaked, hard skin attended too, lovely scrub and finished with foot massage and cream. Poppy is friendly, approachable and would recommend. Good value for money.

Amazing!!!!, I had hormonal hair that had been getting worse, I was growing a beard and shaving regularly, I decided to get something done. I chose Rachel because she was genuine , highly trained and uses the latest tech. I had a mixture of IPL and electrolysis to get rid of the black and blonde hair . Rachel goes above and beyond and truly deserves all the recognition and praise. Her prices don’t reflect her expertise in all areas of beauty, she truly is the hidden gem of Stafford. It was the first time having my nails done with Sarah,having booked it the week before,she had remembered every detail that I had asked for and was extremely thorough on each and every nail. The only thing that she could have done to make it better next time is have made the writing and numbers a little thicker to make it more visible but apart from that they look fab so thank you very much and I would recommend her service
