Had my appointment with Marinela at Aurae London on Saturday 17th January at 1:30pm and I’m so pleased with the results. She was professional, friendly and took great care with my nails. They look flawless and exactly how I wanted them. I would definitely recommend Marinela to anyone. 💅✨

My nail technician, Emily, deserves a special mention as she is absolutely phenomenal. Every time I visit for a manicure and pedicure, Emily exceeds my expectations. Her attention to detail is second to none, ensuring that every nail is shaped and polished to perfection. Emily’s nail art is superb in every way. She also made sure that I was happy with my treatment at every step: shape, length, biab, gel colour, and design. Every so often, asking me if I would like anything tweaked or modified, which was exactly what I didn’t know I needed and made all the difference. Thank you so so much 🥰

Marinela is an exceptional, friendly technican. Her patience and warmth are unparalleled. She made me feel welcome and offered me something to drink. I wasn't sure about the number of flowers for my nail design. After speaking with her, she gave me her expert opinion and I'm glad I listened. I LOVE my nails. Thank you Marinela.

Immaculate repair. I noticed that one of my toe nails was on the verge of breaking. My concern was that the entire nail could be damaged, bleed, or become infected. Fortunately, I found an early morning appointment. Marinela knew exactly what to do. I greatly appreciated her caution against any type of reconstruction on my littler toes. Throughout my repair, she was extremely careful and managed to fix my toe nail safely, making it look like brand new. Thank you

Maria was amazing and did the most beautiful set of french gel extensions. I have quite severe eczema and am a nail bitier - Maria was kind, gentle and everything I needed. So glad I found this salon!

I had a biab on toes pedicure, plus callus remover treatment. It was absolutely wonderful. Time was taken to make sure I liked the biab colour, shape as well as length of my nails and glitters. I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Thank you so much Emily for making my visit feel so at ease, lovely and enjoyable. And for the beautiful toes :) I am in awe. This was supposed to be a one off. Will be coming back

As someone who really struggles in salon environments, especially on busy days, with angst of being judged for it. Getting anything done for the first time can be daunting.
