Diane is a perfectionist. I have very fine hair which has thinned from taking oral chemotherapy. Diane asked lots of questions about my lifestyle so she could choose the best extensions for my needs. She used different techniques and I am so happy with end result . I feel like myself again. Love my hair again 💕

I had an amazing experience, the customer service was on point and the growth journey on my nails is unbelievable coming from a person who has always had acrylic, this was my third appointment and there is already a massive positive difference to my nails. Definitely recommend!

Excellent, kind, understanding, caring, very knowledgeable. I am so humbled by Daine she is a amazing lady so calm and reassuring. After a very tough journey of hair loss and spending thousands of pounds with hair clinic in Birmingham with no results was devastating. I felt my vulnerability was used for them to make money. My Confidence was very low. Diane not only provided me with a solution she even gave me concrete advise and direction to encourage my hair growth. This is one of the best experiences I have had getting my nails done. We started right on time. Shelika ask what my intentions were for my nails, she was attentive, informative and professional. The location was clean, her tools well maintained and relaxing. The service was great and my nails turned out amazing. I will definitely be going back to her. Absolutely in love with my new extensions. From a short pixie cut to now, length & volume. After having tape in’s fitted terribly I knew I needed a professional hair extension fitter. Diane is amazing, the colour match was spot on, the fitting was very very comfortable & the cut & blend to finish has made it to look so amazing. The salon has a very friendly atmosphere & Diane puts you so at ease, with plenty knowledge on how to look after your hair. I would strongly recommend to anyone young & old. I love mine x
