Minerva was overall okay. Because it was a very busy moment, my daughter’s haircut was done very quickly (around 10 minutes), even though we arrived on time. The result was fine, but not very polished at first. My daughter is 5 years old, had very long hair (down to her lower back), and asked for a bob. I had to ask for a second adjustment so the haircut would look more styled rather than just quickly cut. Once I asked, Minerva took the time to refine it and the final result was much better. She does good work, though at peak times the experience can feel a bit hurried.

The cloud spa was lovely as usual, I had my favourite matcha & coffee from Sasha ☕️🍵, got my regular Cystine hair treatment done with Farzana 🧖🏼‍♀️, Favourite mani/ pedi with Mika & Stephany💅🏼 it’s always a great time relaxing here at the spa with the best team 💕🫶🏼

My daughter had a great haircut. She loves it.

I have thick and long Asian hair. She washed and blow dried my hair in 45mins!! It was amazing. I requested a big blow out and I am so happy with the results.

Rate my experience? Rate?! There aren’t enough stars for this place! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟✨ Back in Europe we always had drama at haircut time—our little one would turn into a tiny tornado. My husband even became a DIY YouTube hair stylist just to survive. But we decided to give it another shot here in Abu Dhabi, and wow… what a dream! Everything went super smoothly, no tears, no bribes, no escape attempts. The price? Great. The service? Fantastic. I’m not even surprised they come so highly recommended. We are totally satisfied—and my husband is happily retired from his “home-made barber” career. ✂️😂
