I made a last minute same day appointment with Cheng. I’m from out of state and really wanted my haircut. He was so nice and made sure to be as precise as possible. I showed him some inspo pics and he put together what was best for me based off that. He made sure I was satisfied with the length and cut. I was very happy with the results!

Some places don’t need perfect communication to get it right. My stylist was patient, observant, and genuinely accommodating despite the language barrier. He clearly cared about his work and did his absolute best to deliver what I wanted. No rush, no attitude—just solid craft and real effort. I walked out with a clean, well-done haircut that feels right. Very happy with the result.
