Ashleigh did an absolutely amazing job today for my son's first ever haircut. She was so patient with him and quick but super accurate and precise with the cut. She even gave him a sticker for being so good. Most definitely recommend The Hair Lounge. Both girls were so friendly and welcoming too. Cannot thank them enough for what they did for us today. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you girls so much x

I came in with a dodgy trim that needed fixing, Sian was lovely, explained what was wrong with it and how she was going to fix it. The girl who washed my hair was lovely and friendly as well :)

We popped in for cuts for my 6 & 4 year old. We received exceptional service and great cuts for both kids. At first my youngest really was mnot keen on having his hair cut at all but the lady cutting it managed to make it fun and even got him to crack a smile. She really went out of her way to talk me through everything too which was hugely appreciated. It’s definitely going to be our new go-to place from now on! Thank you. X

I have only just moved to Chepstow, and prior to moving had my treatments done by the same Lady for years. It can be a little daunting finding someone new that you trust - until you meet Julie. Julie puts you at ease straight away and she is just so lovely. I have been twice in the last month or so and I have definitely found my new beauty boutique. Thank you Julie. Girls were fantastic. My daughter's were booked in for a trim before they start school again next week but my little boy was also with us. When I explained his bad experiences at the barbers, the girls offered to cut his hair without an appointment and made him feel so comfortable and calm. Honestly absolutely fantastic, thank you ☺️

It should 10 * he saved my hair yesterday. I look like i had had a blue rinse 😲. One phone call and done. I can take my hood down now and look normal. How many hairdressers with a help phone call say come in a bit earlier and I will sort it for you. 🩷 I promise not to do it again.
