Salon looked lovely after redesign and and a very pleasant atmisphere. As with all my previous visits, all the girls who work there are very friendly and i always feel welcome. Sian looked after me and i was very happy with how my hair looked. Highly recommend platinum rose.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! I absolutely love coming to see Alisha and the new salon is STUNNING!😍 Alisha makes me feel so welcome and comfortable everytime and my hair is always 1000/10! Would never go anywhere else! If your looking for a hairdresser she is definitely your girl!🤍

I love coming to Platinum Rose, always a 5 star treatment and the girls feel like friends, I am never disappointed with my hair and if I’m not sure what I want I am always given advice to help me decide! Won’t go anywhere else now and when Rosie is on Maternity i’d trust any of the girls here!

I cannot recommend Alisha enough. Putting aside her skills - I genuinely enjoy spending time in Alisha’s chair - she is one of the most kind hearted people I have ever met and I have never been so at ease in a salon. I used to put off getting my hair done, due to past experiences, but since coming here, I genuinely look forward to going now because of the way all the girls make you feel in here. Alisha boosts my confidence every single time, and ALWAYS delivers in terms of results.

Amazing as always. Can never fault Tayla for how she does my hair, listens intently to what I want but also advises me on what would suit my hair type etc. My hair is in such good condition and I love how blonde it’s become. Loved my head massage from Skye too, she was very helpful and friendly. Thanks girls 🩷 x

Had a few different things done here, from a perm to nails & lashes. Honestly 12/10 service, not only am I incredibly happy with the results every single time, the girls are also beyond kind and caring. Couldn’t be happier & will be returning many more times

Tayla worked her magic, yet again. She truly listened to what I wanted as well as putting her own twist on it to make my hair perfect. Couldn’t be happier !! Was an amazing price too. The vibe in the salon is always so relaxed and the girls are lovely. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now 🩷

Cannot thank Rosie enough for fixing my hair! Having had an awful experience at a different salon (showed pictures of a balayage and ended up with a horrible yellow/orange ombre on my natural brown hair). I was so nervous and Rosie was comforting and supportive, while also honest and realistic about what could be done. She matched my natural colour perfectly and completed a reverse balayage, so we were able to achieve something I am incredibly happy with! Also, all the girls in the salon are lovely and welcoming and it has a great vibe.

Thanks again for a great cut on my little boy. He’s a hyper active 2 year old and hated having his hair cut until I started bringing him here. The girls are lovely and make him feel as comfortable as possible, they chat with him and reassure him at all times. He now don’t cry and scream when I mention the word hair cut and that is all down to these lovely girls! Very reasonable price wise. Would 100% recommend! X
