First time coming to Bella Rose was very welcoming, friendly and relaxing even though I get anxiety going to hairdressers . Awesome experience, and also Nawaal does a hair consultation, asking questions about the problematic areas etc to determine what's the best treatment for your hair! My hair is looking healthy, feeling soft and smelling amazing!

I had a Keratin treatment as well as a cut done today. What an absolutely amazing experience it was. From the wash to treatment, blowdry, cut and flat iron. The ladies are all so friendly and takes such amazing care in their work. Thank you to Leah for the amazing job, and to Charlene and Jill, such friendly caring staff. With it being my second time with the same treatment just a different therapist, i thought it would be the same result.. it was completely different. Being familiar with this specific treatment and what you know your expectations level is at a certain level. There's something about the lights being off that sets a different tone and the type of soothing music.. the moment those two variables were activated my body switched off and mind relaxed automatically. The technique used was different and different pressure points addressed. Beautiful feeling in the end. Very happy 😇

I ran slightly late but the welcome received was amazing.. assisted immediately and being my first time at the venue everything in the place was so relaxed and i felt at ease at i stepped in - atmosphere shift - the treatment itself was out of this world. I felt so refreshed and definitely blessed. Loved the service.
