From the minute I stepped in the door I was greeted with such warmth. I had a blow dry & head massage with Michelle. She made me feel amazing, she was kind & chatted to me like an old friend. What you are doing with the salon is amazing, you are picking women up when they need it most. It’s not just a treatment it’s a time for just them & for self care which many including me don’t schedule time in for. Improving women’s mental health one blow dry & head massage at a time. Thank you so much my hair looks & smells incredible. My MH battery is also fully charged again 🩷

Mandeep is a real professional at her work. Provides clear information about the treatment (both prior to and during the session), explains why something does or doesn't suit your skin. Doesn't push for a treatment if it's not the best option for you. Grateful for her high quality and diligent approach and highly recommend it to all other customers. Thank you, Deniz Koksal.

Absolutely fantastic experience. Lovely warm and welcoming place, with some parking outside which is always great for me as I have a disability. Even managed to fit in a patch test ready for when I return for an LVL next time! Staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel at ease. Very happy with my treatment (wax) also - you definitely have a returning customer in me! 🫶🏼 xx

I had such a relaxing treatment at No.4. It was so nice to take some time to myself, have a wash and blow dry, hair massage and a lovely glass of Prosecco. I thank you again for the complementary treatment and I will be back!
