The staff were friendly and professional throughout. Anu made me feel welcome, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured I was comfortable. My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended

I had the most amazing experience at 13 Roses Salon! Emilia was incredible -professional, kind, and made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. This was my first time visiting the salon as having moved form South of England to West London I was in need of a new salon. As I have naturally curly hair I was also looking for a salon that specialised in cutting curly hair. I was a bit nervous at first as this was a new hairdresser, but Amber definitely has a very good knowledge bank when it comes to curly hair. I knew I was in safe hands. I was very pleased with my cut as my curls came back to life. This salon will now be my go to place for all hair needs.

This is the best hair / beauty salon in west London. I see Magda & occasionally Anna they are amazing. Anna & Mario the owners are professional friendly people who always remember me and make me feel at home. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Great experience with Kat at Getty Space. She’s as good at listening to her clients requests/concerns as she is cutting & colouring! I’ve had a lot of disappointment elsewhere, but I’m thrillled to finally find someone in Ealing who understands Grey Blending and the challenges that it can bring. Would highly recommend.

I am so grateful to Orange Chat Hair salon, they are a very friendly salon, West End stylists, but not West End prices. My stylist Georgia is wonderfully skillful especially on Colours I honestly couldn't use any other Hairdressers' we are so lucky with Orange Chat being based in Northfields, Ealing. A special thanks toKasia, who did my treatment — she was very professional, skilled, and made sure everything was done perfectly. I’m really happy with the results of my keratin treatment. The customer service was also outstanding — very responsive, polite, and accommodating. Even though I arrived about 5 minutes late, they treated me kindly and didn’t rush the service at all. I had an amazing experience getting my haircut with Nisa today! The consultation was great — she really listened to everything I wanted and understood exactly what I was looking for. She was so professional, friendly, and made the whole process feel smooth and enjoyable. Nisa did such an amazing job and the final result was honestly 10/10.
