A keratin treatment can fix frizz and take your shine level to glossy new heights. Keratin conditions the hair cuticles and smooths the cells to help bond them back together. Often called a Brazilian blow dry, the hair is left super sleek and shiny, and thick or frizzy hair is more manageable. Your stylist usually washes your hair before applying the treatment, letting it sink in before flat ironing the hair to seal it in fully. The process can take up to 5 hours and 30 minutes, but the results can last up to 6 months.
