Dear Cryo, the treatment experience was great. Unfortunately, I did not receive any information regarding post-treatment measures (cleansing, moisturizing only to apply gel every 3 hours).AND then I was pushed into a purchase of some expensive products that I actually did not want. It was very rushed and uncomfortable and not very customer-friendly. I have written a separate e-mail in this regard as I suspect that other customers than myself will be reluctant to return due to this experience, and what is a one-time sale if you can instead sustain a healthy returning customer relationship.

I always go to Zeina when it comes to my hair, and she never disappoints. Today I visited her again, and as always, she left me absolutely satisfied with my haircut. She just knows exactly what suits me and consistently does an amazing job. I can’t recommend her enough!

Treatment was very nice. Great welcoming. Kindness; but I was disappointed on no one has offered me even water to drink but maybe it is only for the residents of al saadiyat 🤷🏻‍♀️

Had such a great experience here! The receptionist is so welcoming. Mike, the manager really makes sure everyone is comfortable and happy. Rabeel gave me such a relaxing hair wash & I got the Wella hair treatment which left my hair feeling super soft and healthy and a haircut, and I love how it turned out with Jozeph, he really knows what he’s doing! Feiruza is incredible at nails; she’s so precise and detailed. My nails look flawless! The whole place is clean, professional, and just has such a nice, comfortable vibe.
