As ever Steph has given me a fabulous cut after colouring my hair with foils. She listens to what I’m asking her to do and discusses with me what is and what is not possible and then gets on with it. I feel really good as I leave the shop. It is well worth the 30 mins it takes me to get to the salon for the finished look. Thanks Steph I really love the colour and the cut !

It was my first time at Roots in Windsor.I liked the detailed consultation, the ways highlights were applied, the washing up of the hair. By the time, Charlotte cut and blow dried my hair, there was no need of words, she knew what I wanted and was excellent at delivering it! Thank you, great experience! Polite hairdresser, clean and relaxing place! I will come back!!!

Stephanie and Demi were just lovely. Loved the caring and professional services , friendly chat and just calm space which was much needed after months of not being able to give my hair some much needed TLC.
