5/5 experience every time I definitely recommend! Zilim is truly the best. She done my 1st balayage 2 years ago and I was worried continuous treatment would damage my natural type 4a hair. But my hair has remained healthy and is flourishing! I’m very indecisive when it comes to choosing my toner, but Zilim’s thorough approach of showing you different tones and the outcome if you mix tones, always helps and always comes out perfectly! Great service, you even get complimentary drinks!

First time coming to Ellie and the experience was amazing! I’ve had multiple consultations regarding my hair with other salons and due to buildup of very dark brown box dye got told the most I could get done was highlights or they wouldn’t work with my hair at all Ellie on the other hand put me at ease and knew what I wanted without me having to over explain myself (I wanted to go back to my natural colour-mid ash brown as I’ve had enough of doing my roots) the salon atmosphere is private and comfortable perfect if you are a hijabi aswell and I honestly can’t be any happier

First time I've had a spraytan loved the experience I had a medium tan and love the outcome no streaks had shower next day after it had time to develop and came out perfect would definitely recommend her I'm hooked now another treatment on my list of regulars to do ! Xx

Very professional, clean. Love the way Ellie explained everything he was doing to my hair and the products he was using. Such a pleasant experience can’t wait to go back. I have been getting my hair done with Rachel for a while now and every appointment Rachel takes the time to listen to what I want and will give her professional advice to ensure my hair stays healthy between appointments. Sabrina and her team of trainees are amazing at what they do there is great communication and aftercare too and the results of the treatments are outstanding much better than any Other clinic in Bedfordshire five star service delivered with a smile and walk welcome you would find it very hard to beat 5 star all the way

Amazing experience with Ellie! I came in with very long, fine hair wanting a low-maintenance change. She explained how length affects volume and suggested a collarbone bob — it instantly made my hair look thicker and fuller. We chose balayage, and the colour is beautifully blended and suits me far better than what I had in mind. Ellie really listened and guided me throughout. My hair feels fresh, easy to style, and full of life. I feel more confident and couldn’t recommend her enough!
