Had lots of treatments done today, half a leg wax, armpits and upper lip. Hayley made me feel really comfortable! I had HD brows and LVL lashes, first time I've ever done anything to them and Hayley made me feel great about it! Explained evey step of the way and found the perfect shape for my brows. Such a friendly, professional lady, and the environment is so calming.

Hayley is absolutely lovely and very reassuring, I cant believe I ended up laughing during an intimate wax, It was my first ever experience and I was very nervous. I had my first visit today with Hayley for a consultation and patch test for IPL, I was quite nervous to begin with as it’s somewhere new for me but she made me feel so welcomed and comfortable as soon as I walked in. I literally had no questions as she covered everything in the consultation, very knowledgeable in every aspect and I am looking forward to starting my treatments with her! 🫶🏽
