Katrina is so careful and gentle, amongst her many beautiful and amazing traits, she is patient and most professional. She had to take extra care for my 15y/o daughter as she has a bit of anxiety and Katrina knew how to calm and motivate her until the treatment (hair removal) was over. Highly highly recommend each and every time!!!

I have folliculitis in my arms which has left me with acne-like scars. Laser has helped me so much because when there is no hair follicle the problem goes away, I am in my 3rd session and will keep going till I no longer have hair in my arms.

I am satisfied with my first session of treatment of my skin. Dr. Yam is talented, he looks at details and is very accurate with his consultation. Sierra is an amazing person, she is a very friendly, patient and talented skin care technician. I have deep old acne scars on my face. She did a vampire facial and PRP to my skin. Honestly, I didn't feel any pain during the session just a little bit of pain around my nose area. For the rest. I feel like she is massaging my face. After my first session, my face was very red for 3 days and then it peeled and healed exactly as Dr. Yam explained to me.

I just had a wonderful experience at PRP Skincare & Laser. Dr. Yam was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain each treatment thoroughly and answer all of my questions. During my treatment I felt relaxed, and well taken care of. All of the staff were so friendly and kind. I just got botox today, but I’ll definitely be back for the infamous vampire facial!

My experience at the PRP Skincare and Laser Clinic was amazing . I was greeted by Siara Yam who was very cheerful as well patient . I went in for a consultation with Dr Patrick Yam , I felt at ease because he was very informative , He addressed all of my concerns and gave me his honest opinion , which made me very comfortable and excited about my upcoming treatment . This was my first visit to the clinic and I felt extremely comfortable, Both Siara and Dr Yam are patient , friendly and accommodating . The office is clean , well organized and inviting. A very professional environment! Dr Yam is very knowledgeable, answers any and all questions to ensure you’re comfortable with the procedures going forward. Very transparent and pricing, and doesn’t at all push you to do more than you were looking for. I am so happy with my lip filler results, they look very natural and plump! I can’t wait for my botox to set in to see my final results. All in all a complete 5 star experience and I’m excited to return to this clinic for further treatments!

Amazing service. I felt the difference after the treatment. My face is smooth and black heads removed using the top of the line equipment. I did also some lifting and tightening of the face. I love it. Veronica and Lian tandem is amazing.
