Rhea did a good job with my brow lamination. Really enjoyed the attention to detail and asking me how I would like my brows evened out. The only issue was the booking system didn't make clear that wax wasn't included (and there was no option to book just lamination + wax). I'll keep in mind next time to book lamination + tint if I want wax too.

Had such a great experience at L’Imperatrice Beautè. Emily was so knowledgeable and informative when talking about recommendations on what skin care is best suited for me. She explained the process of the facial I had and made sure I was comfortable at 35weeks pregnant. Thank you Emily and the LB Team for this experience.

Amazing beyond words! I’ve always been nervous to get a full Brazilian done because of insecurities but the beautician, Tina was very reassuring, warm, welcoming and funny. It made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I highly recommend ⭐️

Emily was very welcoming and friendly and listened to my needs. Emily offered me water both pre and post treatment which was great! Emily also answered my questions about pigmentation treatments.
